 Frederic Pannatier - General Manager 
 Studies: Frederic has significant experience in hospitality management in Latin America. A graduate in International Hospitality Management from the reconized Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, he began his hospitality career with the Melia Hotel, Costa Rica. Frederic went on to work with leading hotels such as Beau Rivage Palace in Lausanne and Melia hotels._Swiss -French by nationality, Frederic is a capable linguist with fluency in English, Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese .__ Now he is charge of the general organization of PIE PERU .


Katherine Montesinos- Managing Director
 Studies: ITCILO International Training Center of the International Labour Organization__.A very complete training in Spanish on the subject, including many tools. The diploma is obtained after presenting a project proposal in sustainable tourism and local development following ITCILO methodology._ _Languages: Spanish, French , English .__Worked as a tour leader for international travel companies for many years.__Worked with local communities at the Colca valley developing new trips.__Now she is in charge of training local guides , providers and also to promote the company in other countries.
