PIURA Tours

Piura is the capital of Piura province, situated in the coastal desert on the Rio Piura in the north west of the country.

It has a population of around 200,000 and is the commercial centre of north western Peru, producing cotton, rice, and sugar cane. Its main industries include cotton, gins and cottonseed-oil mills, in addition to various small manufacturing plants.
