Day 01: SACRED VALLEY - AGUAS CALIENTES

Pick up from your hotel at 8:40 am and then go  to the main Square to join the group  to start the tour.

The sacred valley, along the Vilcanota River, is one of the most beautiful places of the archeological Peru. It is a succession of picturesque towns (some with beautiful colonial churches), incan platforms and archeological remains, as well as roomy spaces where the best corn grows (giant white corn) of the entire world and it has an excellent weather that makes this valley an obligated destination for everyone that visit Cusco.

The Incas, were great astronomers, represented in the entire agriculture valley by the excellence of the constellations that they observed from the Via Lactea, know as the “Mayu or Celestial River”. It has a route through the town of Pisaq, Calca, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo.

Altitude & Climate: Its altitud ranges from the 9,180 and 9,515 feet above sea level the temperature ranges from 58 F and 68 F.

At the end of the afternoon you will take the train to Aguas Calientes.

Overnight in Payacha Hostal  with private  bath and hot water.

Day 02: MACHU PICCHU  - CUSCO

Very early in the morning breakfast is served at the hostal.You will take the first bus to Machu Pichu at 5:30 am to be in a excellent time in Machu Picchu.

The tour explanation in Machu Picchu will be for 2 hours. After that you can explore Machu Picchu on your own and also you can climb to Huayna Picchu which is  the mountain behind Machu Picchu.

Bus back to Aguas Calientes and then train back to Ollantaytambo. At you arrival in Ollantaytambo you will be transfer by tourist bus to Cusco.

Arriving time in Cusco at 9pm approximately.
